会加入，但是要设置几个通用的值。
暂定字段名： status
值：
normal
disabled
deleted

不知道是否够用

这几个值应该够用的，如果是有软删除字段或许就只要前两个，无法确定是否够用就推荐加入字典管理，使用者可以自行再加入
