Description

Both JWSLoader and JWELoader loadAndVerifyWithKey() does a header validation.
If I want ensure some header parameters exists, I have to repeat the same header validation with $mandatoryHeaderParameters set.
This could be done in one step, if loadAndVerifyWithKey() accepts and forwards $mandatoryHeaderParameters to $this->headerCheckerManager->check(); in processRecipient()

Hello, we tried to solve the issue.

This is what we did:

Modified the JWELoader class to accept mandatoryHeaderParameters in loadAndDecryptWithKey and loadAndDecryptWithKeySet methods, and forward them to the HeaderCheckerManager in the processRecipient method.
