Clear and concise description of the problem

子应用：modernjs + rspack + unocss
主应用：任意

表现：

子应用unocss更新后，主应用没有热更新，刷新后正常
大概原因可能是由于unocss构建的文件是在static/css/index.css，这个文件是通过style植入的，而不是link，所以刷新没有效果？
