chat系のサービスでよくある「@xxxxx」を付けることで該当ユーザーにnotifyを飛ばせる機能。
massr的にはほぼレスが付いたのと同じ扱い(画面にnotifyの表示が出て、メールが飛ぶ)で良い?

特定のひとことへのreplyではないのと、複数人へnotifyを飛ばせるのがreply機能との違い
