Email Recovery does not work

When i create a new account, it says email already exists.

When i recover, it says email does not exist.

So i created a new account with another email, and it says "This email address is already used"

My email is hello@(github username).com

Hi Mohamed,

The W3C account associated with the email address [email protected] was deactivated (perhaps because it was inactive for some time), I reenabled it and you should be able to change the password for that account at https://www.w3.org/account/recover/
