How to make computed property avaliable everywhere in project?

I make transition from vue2 to vue3

/planLimits.ts/

 install(Vue: VueConstructor) {
    Vue.mixin({
      computed: {
        $PL() {
          return {
            ...store.state.billing.limits
          }
        }
      }
    });
  }

/main.ts/

import PL from '/planLimits.ts';

Vue.use(PL);

and after that I have everywhere in project plan limit just calling "this.$PL"

I tried to replace it with ref, computed and reactive. but in this case result will be "this.$PL.value". It's big project, I have thousands of usages
