Currently I experience issues with on darwin, because some libraries that rely on vishvananda/netlink cannot resolve some structs. I don't plan to run that code on darwin, but I have issues with my IDE (I use GoLand + bazel) not indexing properly.

I think better coverage with *_unspecified.go files could improve development experience for everyone.

I am ready to volunteer on this one.
