Improve line breaks like word-break: auto-phrase

Some languages like Japanese or Chinese are unsupported in existing word-break options. There is the same problem in web browsers and Google is approaching this problem.

I'd like to improve line breaks in satori. I think there are some ways to improve it:

1. Support word-break: auto-phrase
   • Some browsers support language-specific line breaks
   • word-break - CSS: Cascading Style Sheets | MDN
2. Support <wbr> element like HTML
   • Users of satori can insert <wbr> manually or use libraries like BudouX
   • <wbr>: The Line Break Opportunity element - HTML: HyperText Markup Language | MDN
