Describe the bug
While using this EFI and an older one, the batery is not being recognized by windows or linux so it says 'No battery is detected', even tough it is being detected and working on macOS

Hey,
This issue occurs because of the ACPI patches and the way OpenCore handles them. I'll take a look at it but I cannot guarantee this issue will be resolved. In the meantime, I recommend that you don't use OpenCore as bootloader for Windows/Linux.
