TestBench UI Unit testing needs a Tester for RichTextEditor component.

Required interactions with the component to be simulated in tester:

Input a text in rich format
Clicking Toolbar Actions, e.g. history, colour, headings, see https://vaadin.com/docs/latest/components/rich-text-editor#toolbar-actions.
