• use colored crate 9fe1f6e (ended up using colors from clap),
• parse args with Claps crate 9fe1f6e,
• integrate crane using the workspace approach feat: build launcher using crane #2,
• build launcher crate with crane 8771ae3,
• filter out noise logs,
• better error handling,
• instead of failing, find an open port within a safe range if 6699 is used,
• allow for vscode server swapping (eg, using coder vs. gitpod's)
• add ci job to publish,
• add tests, ensure there are no zombie processes.
