Plug into ReFrame's run-report.json

ReFrames automatically generates a file called ~/.reframe/reports/run-report.json which contains a lot of generic information about a benchmark run. But by default this file is overridden in each run. We need to see

• if it possible to change the version the file, to avoid it being overridden every time
• try to stuff more information into this file. For example, Add simple JSON logger for system information #35 could add information to that file, instead of creating yet another log file
