What is needed for release 1.0.0

MPG finished for all of CPCGENE samples!!!!

I think it's time to discuss what to put in release 1.0.0. The project for it might be a little out of date https://github.com/uclahs-cds/private-moPepGen/projects/5

I briefly went through all the issues and put things in the project as "potential to-dos". I feel like we want to avoid any really big features and just go for a stable release version and not spend too much time on this?

Also, name change? XD
