Latest version of Lexicon document is outdated

The documentation archive lists the latest version of the roots as being the 2023-02-09 version 1.0, but the version located at https://ithkuil.net/newithkuil_lexicon.pdf is different from that and appears to be from 2023-02-16 (looking at the PDF metadata). I propose that the ithkuil.net version be numbered as 1.0b.
One difference I've found between the two documents is that the root -PSS- in the 2023-02-09 version is states as being used for the Experiential Bias, whereas the 2023-02-16 document labels that Bias as the Manifestive. My hypothesis is that John Quijada, sometime between February 11 (when Morphology 1.3.1 was released, using the term Experiential) and 16 (when we got the newer lexicon document) realized that the bias had the same name as Experiential Aspect, and renamed it.
