Starting in 4.0, legacy post creation will be deprecated in favor of NPF post creation. We need to add support for NPF post creation.

It seems like media uploads via the NPF post creation endpoint don't currently work: tumblr/docs#88

That's blocked on Tumblr API fixes. I suppose we can still introduce an NPF post creation method without any special handling for media.
