A user has reported that crashpad_handler is consuming excessive CPU when running Trunk CLI v1.22.8 on macOS (darwin-arm64). Attempts to terminate the process using pkill only reduce the number of instances temporarily before they restart. A full system reboot does not resolve the issue, as the behavior persists upon reboot.
Reported Behavior:
• crashpad_handler spawns multiple instances, consuming significant CPU.
• Killing the processes (pkill) reduces the number of instances but does not fully terminate them.
• A system reboot does not resolve the issue, and crashpad_handler continues to launch post-reboot.
