Shop not working and item config reset after crash.

My game crashed while i was trying to toy around with some weapons and see which ones i should add to the shop. It then reset my entire item config, which wiped all my custom items from the shop. Also, the shop doesn't work anymore.
I thought maybe it was an issue with the gun mods i had added into the shop. So i added in all the default items, and yet the shop still didnt work.
