How to get <T> instead of Option<T> as default representation for all user-defined message types

The doc states: Note that in proto3 the default representation for all user-defined message types is Option

Can this be disabled somehow?

This is currently not possible. See related propositions:

• Generate nullable types without Option: Opt in required fields #908
• Structs should have option to generate with default values rather than Option #763
• Optional default for message fields #521

But I would love so see some support for this.
