Work on custom icon and project brand guidelines for image and graphs. Design guidelines for OSPO book online version - (e.g how to format diagrams)

Right now, we are using the TODO brand guidelines, but is not the best option
Ideally, should be a OSPO Book specific brand guidelines
Ping design team who created TODO brand guidebook to have something similar (but including graphic guides) for the OSPO book
Note: right now there are emojis used in some book chapters. Perhaps we can include icons
