Currently the window is fixed in the center, the frame decorations are also removed so the only way to move the window would be to potentially use the empty space or the whole window to drag around the window. Unsure how this can be done in tauri

Looking for a similar functionality that powertoys run has, where the background can be used to drag the window. Not been able to find a viable solution with tauri
