Telegram-bot: cannot serve project. #3

Expected Behavior

On serve, telegram-bot is running.

Actual Behavior

On serve:

Error displayed in terminal concerning no return on try / catch for error.
Error concerning finding std/server & grammy — reproduced on deploy.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Pull & try to serve.

Specifications

Version: Node v18.12.1.
Platform: MacOs, Docker.
Subsystem:
