Improve WCA Contact Form Page

New website users are still for some reason contacting us (WCT) instead of the competition's organization team. Although the contact form is good and decent, I believe that we can bring more changes to it to make it more accessible to new users. This can be achieved through improving the wording, and bringing some changes to UI.

@dunkOnIT I haven't started working on it. I asked Zain to assign it to me over the mail so that I can look at this at a later stage.

Currently I am not getting any solution in my mind, but if anybody gets any idea for improvement, please drop a comment in this issue, it will be really helpful.
