Nuxt package revival

I see you built a flowbite module for Nuxt, but it's clearly outdated (about 2 years), like it's "forgotten", which is a shame, because I'm encountering many issues with components, imported from the vue package installed on a Nuxt project (one of them is about accordions, returning the same error in #294).
So, what if you turn this repository into a workspace and include the nuxt package, in order to align the edits and release anything on both packages at the same time? If you agree with that, do you even accept PRs?

Hey there! We do accept PRs. I'll work next week on bringing the integration guides up to date. Our first step was to obviously bring the main library to Tailwind v4 -- which we did.

In terms of Nuxt package... I haven't looked at it yet... 🙈 right now I'm focusing on bringing flowbite-vue production ready as soon as possible.

On the topic of Accordion... It was refactored extensively few days ago. I'll make a new release with those changes... please take a look ant let me know if #294 is still happening for you.

I upgraded the dep and I still get the error, except the undefined property is now id instead of panels.
