As a user I should be able to set a property type. This will include options like, Multi-Family, Office, Retail, and Industrial. Based on the property type selected the available fields to set on a property should be updated (TBD).

@xliver01 Can you add more information or examples of how this feature should work? For instance, what are the different Property Types and how should this modified the fields for each type.
