Cloudwatch Log Group Configuration wrong for Lambda@Edge

Description

See #650. The logging configuration is incorrect for Lambda@Edge. If edge argument given as true, the logging configurations should use the same coalesced group.

The issue is, in fact, listed as #650. Unfortunately, the issue was closed out of hand without any consideration for whether or not the bug exists.
