Performance impact of object $state vs class with $states

Do both have the same performance when updating single props/fields?

// B class with `$state`s

  b = $state(0)
  ...

Same questions for arrays, tuples, etc.:

They would probably have similar performance, because both $state objects and classes using $state turn each reactive property into a signal. The main difference is that to achieve this, $state objects are proxied, which has a little bit of overhead.
