Improve error message in creating collection process

Description:
As a user, I can create a collection.

Actual result:
When the user leaves the collection name field blank, a tooltip will be shown to the user stating that the name is required.

Expected result:
It is more eye-catching and consistent with the website's design to show the error below the field and make the field red in case of an error.

Steps to reproduce:
1- Go to https://codecandy.suraniharsh.codes/collections
2- Click on "Create your first collection"
3- Leave the "Collection Name" blank
4- Click on "Create Collection" button
