Add Remember Annotation Preset Configurations

Save the user’s preset configurations in the annotation window so they don’t have to reconfigure settings every time.

Unclear what that means the values can be saved by the user in settings but are not "variable" thus need separate entries or icons for each colour not strictly each function.

Check the picture annotation settings such as text alignment, text size, and border's value keep resetting when I repeat the process. This disrupts my workflow, as I have to manually reconfigure these settings each time.
