  1. Keep comments (for UM-style 'depends on' comments)
  2. Show how to test for CHARACTER(LEN=*), PARAMETER, PRIVATE :: ModuleName='SW_RAD_TILE_KERNEL_MOD', which might need private (in case of wild-card imports ModuleName can clash)
