Commenting out tm_postgresdir in tm.sls causes an error #2

Commenting out tm_postgresdir in tm.sls should ideally mean "don't move my postgres data" but instead causes an error. I get the desired result when I set tm_postgresdir=/var/lib. Suggest changing logic in osm/postgres.sls to do nothing if var is unset.
