Import a seed phrase into a new Keycard

The user will be asked for an empty Keycard and recovery phrase. Key pair associated with recovery phrase will be put on Keycard. The app will derive a chat key from it and grant the user access to associated content and ability to sign authorization requests and transactions on wallet accounts derived from key pair
