Add handles to lists of assets to make it more obvious you can re-order them.

It would be handy to have handles on lists of assets to make it a little bit more obvious that they are sortable via dragging. Sometimes clients don't realise they can sort the assets as there's no obvious UI element that they can click and hold onto.

Something similar to how the entries lists have handles to signifying you can drag them would be handy.
