Description

Byes were earlier decided to be one extra point given to the teams in case of odd team having conflict of points and us not being bale to decide which ones should go ahead.

But now, with newer discussion we want the bye to be given to one of the losing teams and them being able to play with odd teams in conflict, resolving it
