No default option for debug-suspend when launching tasks from UI

When selecting deployment properties for launching tasks a require field isdebug-suspend. Empty should be the default, however it is marked as red to require a user to select it. It is not required.

Closing this issue as the field is no longer a drop down but a text field. Opened spring-cloud/spring-cloud-deployer#414 to add javadocs to tell users what values should be entered here.
