Update the signal names in xrf_viewer.ui

Describe the bug

With the update for ophyd-async 0.9.0, the names of area detector IO modules changed. E.g. $(DEV).drv -> ${DEV}.driver

The channels in the xrf_viewer file need to be updated to match.

In xrf_detector.ui, all the singles have been updated to "driver". In Lerix PC, this change is in git xrf branch, which work well.
