Clean up devices added to the baseline stream

The "baseline" stream measures a bunch of things before and after each scan.

Some of the important devices are missing (e.g. whitebeam slit virtual motors), and others are included by really not useful (e.g. 'Upstream diagonal_tweak_forward').

We should go through and decide what things are missing, and what things need to be removed.

The baseline stream is created by the baseline decorator, and includes devices with the following labels:

• "motors"
• "power_supplies"
• "xray_sources"
• "APS"
• "baseline"
