Update associations regression tests to flight data

Issue JP-3756 was created on JIRA by Tyler Pauly:

Our regression test coverage for association rules is built on a long list of pools, most of which are either pre-flight or handcrafted. We should update our pool list to get a best attempt at full coverage of modes and interactions.

Consider also a pre-build regression test covering every pool that SDP generated associations for in the last build.
