drop replication slot

we have an issue with offline replicas - i have an orphaned stolon replication slot in primary - pg_wal needs to be trimmed - can i safely drop the stolon_ replication slot? and when we re-add the replicas , will stolon recreate the slot? thanks

Did you try removekeeper first? I would be interested to know what caused an orphaned stolon replication slot at the first place.

(FWIW, It's not end of the world if you drop a replication slot manually which is not used by any replicas)
