From user on Discord:

Howdy, with the newest version 0.9.4 if I check the box for restart on game destroy and then start the server it always destroys and tries to start the server again.  This continues in a loop.  If I uncheck the restart server on game destroy the server starts fine.

See attached logs for more info.

These logs show what happens without enabling Restart on game destroy which should help with fixing.
