Add freezeCheck and freeCheckMode to advanced server parameters

Like how you have -maxFPS 60 as an option in Server Management, I'd love the -freezeCheck (X seconds) -freezeCheckMode (crash|minidump) as options as well.

-freezeCheck - lets you override how long it should wait in X seconds before determining that the server has frozen/crashed.
-freezeCheckMode - is meant to try and auto detect if the server has crashed/frozen and force close the server.

PS: I don't know if you've made it so that the server auto restarts if it has crashed, if not that'd be a nice option as well. That way it would work nicely with freezeCheck so that it also auto restarts the server if it has frozen instead of crashing fully.
