spiders spawning when there have no place to spawn (3x3 place)

iI built a farm and placed carpets so that spiders would not spawn, but they still appear there, the same thing happens when I placed hatches before I downloaded the modpack, everything worked fine, I built a creeper farm and a mob farm (without spiders)
