Currently IMA agent discovers bls keys and nodes in the chain via 2 rpc requests:

  • skale_nodesRpcInfo to local skaled
  • skale_imaInfo to all skaleds in the chain

We have all this information in skaled config on the node. Need to read skaled config and get all data for IMA agent from it and do not ask skaled this information
