I want to create a picture extension and call the function setPicture(sources,src,title,alt) and generate html code

Sorry. This is out of scope for this project. This package is just a wrapper for Tiptap to be integrated in svelte. You should consider opening a discussion with Tiptap repo or ask in a platform like Stackoverflow.
