目前有大概1千客户在使用人脸识别功能，有3%客户反馈人脸识别失败，尝试了十几次才成功或者不成功，我想咨询一下，人脸识别会受到哪些因素影响，比如带眼镜、帽子、脸部表情、抬头、低头、侧脸、侧头等等。是否有相关人脸识别的相关的测试报告。

补充一下，我用的是人脸识别版本是1
