Frontend-Backend: Image name not being set

Describe the bug
Selecting a single image and specifying the name should upload the image with the given name, but the image uploads with the name of the image

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to any project
2. Click on Project Images
3. Click Add Image
4. Choose a single Image
5. Enter image name different from file name
6. Click submit
7. Image uploads with file name, not image name specified

Expected behaviour
Image uploads with image file name
