Moving from asio 1.12.0 to 1.12.2 to fix build break with Xcode 10.2. (microsoft#393)

Our existing version of asio (1.12.0) doesn't build under Xcode 10.2 and its associated new SDKs. Moving to asio 1.12.2 fixes the issue.
