Feature Description

There's no paragraph splitter in Node Parsers.

Reason

It would be great to have an option to split by paragraph instead of sentence because paragraphs have fuller context but still are small enough to be chunks.

Value of Feature

This would allow you to split by paragraphs for essays, blog posts, reports, etc.
