Endpoints for Tag TXT file generation

Note that the ultimate deliverable for this is a set of TXT files delivered to Azure file storage. This task specifies endpoints and implies a scheduled script will hit those endpoints and save the results to the file to be delivered. However, we are open to any sustainable approach that ends with those files in Azure storage or appearing to be delivered from that storage.
