Can we remove from ruby.org.au/contact
a) twitter (the inbox is not currently monitored)
b) the email address and replace with a contact form?

I've updated the page, kept the email address for now as I think we may be required to have that level of detail available for some states that require information for fair trade purpose. And added a link to the Feedback form which is a separate page for being able to link directly to in other forms of communication.
