Field Label Visibility not being honored

The "Field Label Visibility" does not appear to do anything on the frontend.

I have changed it from "Hidden" and "Visible (Top aligned)" and it still shows the forms label regardless.

I have verified the graphql ouput does indeed show "HIDDEN" for labelPlacement.

The

classes and classes do not change between placement options.

Am I missing something here?
